Compare five Lagos housing definitions by listed rent per game week. Starting cash is a different field, and the figures below should not be interpreted as property purchase prices.

Lagos housing data

The table covers Mushin, Yaba, Lekki Phase 1, Ikoyi and Banana Island. The first three appear as ordinary starting-home options in the reviewed definitions. The two luxury options are marked as move-in only.

Guest capacity is a recorded housing field. It can help explain a home's social use, but it is not a claim that all online visits or future features share the same limit.

Rent is a recurring cost

Rent belongs to a game-week period. When estimating more than one week, include the rent for the full period rather than subtracting a single week's figure. When estimating a few shifts, decide which actual rental payment falls inside that planning window.

The salary calculator accepts the rent you enter for your chosen period. It deliberately does not convert shifts into weeks automatically, because completed shifts and listed workdays do not guarantee an uninterrupted schedule.

Starting background changes the context

The standard Nepo Baby background sets a rent-payment benefit in the reviewed client. That means the home's listed rent is not automatically the amount that character currently owes. Read your in-game bank and housing state before entering a cost.

The LAPO background carries a separate loan obligation. Repayment is not rent, even when both are paid during the same week. See the background comparison and money guide before assuming that a housing upgrade is affordable.

Moving and purchase assumptions

The public client contains moving logic with additional conditions and payment handling. This page lists the core housing fields, not a universal move-in quote. Existing rent debt, objects and current character state can matter.

No property-investment return or house-purchase calculator is included in this release. Starting money is not a purchase price, and a large home does not automatically generate income.

Campus housing and Port Harcourt homes are outside this first Lagos table. Values describe the inspected client snapshot and can change as the game develops.

Check the career database for base earnings, then use an estimate with the expenses you actually expect. Prefer a sustainable period budget over a housing comparison based only on the largest available balance.
